Shipping policy

Free shipping on all U.S. orders

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing time

Each Neclief item is printed to order. Most orders are printed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Holiday seasons may add a few extra days.

Tracking your order

You can check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

Orders with multiple items

Items in the same order may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking. If one package arrives before the others, the rest are still on the way.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we can usually update it before printing starts. Once a package ships to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can't reroute it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at support@neclief.com and we'll help you sort it out. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +1 (303) 536-1338, Mon–Fri, 8AM–12PM ET.
