Orders & Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every item is printed just for you. Most orders are printed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days, then delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Holiday seasons may add a few extra days.

How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.
Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
Items in the same order may be printed separately and ship in different packages, each with its own tracking. Don't worry — the rest is on its way.
My tracking hasn't updated, or it says delivered but I can't find it.
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but isn't there, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Because each order is printed individually, we can't cancel once printing has started — but our 30-day guarantee still applies.
Returns & Refunds
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Every order is covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free reprint or a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.
How do I request a reprint or refund?
Send us a message with your order number and a short note about the issue. If the item is damaged, misprinted, or the wrong size or color, please include a photo so we can fix it quickly.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to show on your statement.

Sizing
How do I choose my size?
Check our Size Guide. Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat, so compare them to a shirt you already love. If you're between sizes or like a relaxed fit, go one size up.
What sizes do you offer?
- T-Shirt, Hoodie, Crewneck: S to 5XL
- Tank Top: S to 2XL
I ordered the wrong size. What now?
No problem. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a reprint in the right size.
Care
How do I wash my shirt so the print lasts?
- Turn it inside out before washing.
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
- Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly on the print.
Payment
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify with encrypted, secure payment. Available payment options, including Shop Pay, are shown at checkout.
Do prices include sales tax?
Prices are shown before sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
