Return & Refund Policy
We have a 60-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund. Only items sent back directly to one of our warehouses qualify for a refund.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not order multiple sizes for the purpose of returning the ones that didn’t fit. If you need help choosing the correct size, we’re always available at support@neclief.com.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@neclief.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your product does not fit properly, no problem — contact us within the first 30 days after receiving your order and we’ll help you with a free replacement, which is often faster and more convenient than a return.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first 12 hours after being placed.
After 12 hours, our team will have already registered your order in our system and with our shipping carrier, making cancellation no longer possible.
Refunds
Refund processing time: 7 business days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
